Larry Wheeler
(American, b. 1942)
This distinguished painter received his formal training
at the Maryland Institute College of Art and the Institute's Hoffberger
School of Painting. Wheeler has served as the painting conservator for
both the Corcoran Gallery and the Smithsonian Institution, in addition
to teaching at the Maryland Institute. His skilled work is in great demand
and hangs at the Supreme Court Building and the Federal Building in Washington
and in many private collections.
